Exploring the important intersection of contemplative education, social justice and multicultural education. Garrison Institute April 30-May 1, 2015

A phenomenal group of contemplative activists from throughout the US convened at the Garrison Institute to examine the convergence of social justice, equity, and multicultural and contemplative education. We affirmed our commitment to building systems and infrastructures to support inclusion, compassion, awareness, and activism in K-12 and higher education in the interest of achieving safety, security and equality.

This represents the continuation of the Pre Conference at the International Symposium for Contemplative Science held last fall, and marks the second in what we hope to be a series of ongoing conversations.
